Romgaz S.A reports the conclusion with Exim Banca Romaneasca S.A., on April 29, 2025, of a term deposit in amount of RON 110,000,000.00, due on August 11, 2025.

We mention that, S.N.G.N Romgaz S.A has had deposits at Exim Banca Romaneasca S.A. with a cumulative value over 12 months exceeding the materiality threshold of 10% of the net turnover related to 2023 financial year.
