(the Issuer) informs the shareholders and the investors about the conclusion of a new contract for Market Making services for the Issuer with Raiffeisen Bank International AG, for a period of 24 months. The contract is concluded in compliance with the provisions established by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) regarding the Issuer's Market Maker included in the BSE Code - Market Operator and has the purpose of increasing the liquidity of SNG shares.
