Termination of Design and Works Contract no. 40928/April 03, 2023 for "Completion of works and commissioning of CTE Iernut by building a new combined cycle gas turbine power plant" concluded between SNGN ROMGAZ S.A., as Purchaser and DURO FELGUERA S.A., as Executor

In compliance with the provisions of Law No. 24/2017 and F.S.A. Regulation No 5/2018, SNGN ROMGAZ S.A. informs its shareholders and investors upon the fact that, starting October 13, 2025, Contract No. 40928/April 3, 2023, having as object the "Completion of works and commissioning of CTE lernut by building a new combined cycle gas turbine power plant", ceased by termination, following the non-execution of the contractual obligations (including the obligation to execute the works in due time) by the Executor.

The notice of termination of the Design and Works Contract No. 40928/April 3, 2023 was sent by SNGN Romgaz S.A. to the Executor, on September 11, 2025.

We mention that ROMGAZ has completed the necessary and useful formalities for the execution of the guarantees established by Duro Felguera S.A., in accordance with the contractual provisions.
