SOCIETATEA NAȚIONALĂ DE GAZE NATURALE ROMGAZ SA ("SNGN ROMGAZ SA", "ROMGAZ") announces that, on October 7, 2025, the payment of the 1* coupon will be made with regard to bonds symbol SNG29E, ISIN: XS2914558593, issued pursuant to the EUR 1,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme ("EMTN Programme").

The payment will be made by Paying Agent The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch on October 7, 2025 to the bond holders registered at the Record Date of October 6, 2025 in the Bond Holders Register.

Method of calculating the 1st coupon: Calculation Amount: EUR 1,000 Fixed rate of interest: 4.75% Reference Period: October 7, 2024 - October 7, 2025 (exclusive) Number of days in the Reference Period: 365 Number of days in the Calculation Period: 365 Fixed Coupon per Calculation Amount: EUR 1,000 x 4.75% x 365 days/365 days = EUR 47.50

Furthermore, SNGN ROMGAZ SA informs that the 200 coupon rate of the bonds, related to the period October 7, 2025 - October 7, 2026 (exclusive), namely 365 days, is 4.75% and the value of the next coupon will be EUR 47.50 per bond.
