In compliance with Article 234 paragraph 1, item i) of the F.S.A. Regulation no. 5/2018 on Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations, SNGN ROMGAZ SA reports the conclusion, on November 4, 2025, of fourteen new term deposits, as follows:

• 1) One term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A., in amount of EUR 5,600,000.00 due on January 8, 2026;
• 2) One term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A., in amount of EUR 5,000,000.00 due on February 3, 2026;
• 3) One term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A., in amount of EUR 48,000,000.00 due on February 20, 2026;
• 4) One term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A., in amount of EUR 5,400,000.00 due on March 3, 2026;
• 5) One term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A., in amount of EUR 45,000,000.00 due on March 20, 2026;
• 6) One term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A., in amount of EUR 17,000,000.00 due on March 30, 2026;
• 7) One term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A., in amount of EUR 100,000,000.00 due on April 21, 2026;
• 8) One term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A., in amount of EUR 2,000,000.00 due on May 5, 2026;
• 9) One term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A., in amount of EUR 5,400,000.00 due on June 2, 2026;
• 10) One term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A., in amount of EUR 17,000,000.00 due on June 29, 2026;
• 11) One term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A., in amount of EUR 5,600,000.00 due on July 2, 2026;
• 12) One term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A., in amount of EUR 44,005,000.00 due on July 21, 2026;

We mention that, SNGN ROMGAZ SA has had deposits at each of the aforementioned banks, with a cumulative value over 12 months exceeding the materiality threshold of 10% of the net turnover related to 2024 financial year.
