In compliance with Article 234 paragraph 1, item i) of the F.S.A. Regulation no. 5/2018 on Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations, S.N.G.N. Regulation no. 372016 Uni issues on
2025, of two torm doperita, or fellower 2025, of two term deposits, as follows:

• 1) One term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A., in amount of RON 252,000,000.00 due on August 25,
  2025;
• 2) One term deposit with Unicredit Bank S.A., in amount of RON 100,000,000.00 due on March 16, 100 2026.

We mention that, S.N.G.N.G.N.G.N.G.N. S.A.has had deposits at each of the two aforementioned banks, with a cumulative value over 12 months exceeding the materiality threshold of 10% of the net turnover related to 2024 financial year.
