In compliance with Article 234 paragraph 1, item i) of the F.S.A. Regulation No. 5/2018 on Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations, S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A reports the conclusion with Exim Banca Romaneasca S.A., on May 26, 2025, of one term deposit in amount of RON 127,000,000.00, due on September 15, 2025.

We mention that, S.N.G.N Romgaz S.A has had deposits at Exim Banca Romaneasca S.A. with a cumulative value over 12 months exceeding the materiality threshold of 10% of the net turnover related to 2024 financial year.
