· Conclusion of one new transaction of the type mentioned in art. 234 paragraph 1, letter i) of A.S.F. Regulation no. 5/2018 with Exim Banca Românească S.A.

In compliance with Article 234 paragraph 1, item i) of the F.S.A. Regulation No. 5/2018 on Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations, S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A reports the conclusion with Exim Babca Românească S.A., on March 17, 2025, of a term deposit without auto-renewal option, with the interest rate negotiated on March 17, 2025, in amount of RON 113,000,000.00, due on June 16, 2025.

The interest rate applied to the above mentioned deposit is 5.87% per year.

We mention that, S.N.G.N.G.N.G.N.G.N.G.N.G. Romaneasca S.A. with a cumaneasca S.A. with a cumulative value over 12 months exceeding the materiality threshold of 10% of the net turnover related to 2023 financial year. Some of these deposits matured before March 17, 2025.
