Snam: procedure to liquidate withdrawn shares finalised
San Donato Milanese (Milan), 15th April 2021 – Further to the announcement made on 13th April 2021, Snam has finalised the procedure to liquidate the company's shares for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with Article 2437, subsection 1, letter a), of the Italian Civil Code.
The settlement procedure, regarding 11,047,475 withdrawn shares to which the option and pre-emption right was exercised by entitled persons, has been finalised today. As a result, the shares were transferred to the non-withdrawing shareholders and holders of the convertible bond issued by Snam, named "€400,000,000 Equity-Linked Bonds due 2022", on payment of a unit price of 4.463 euros.
The abovementioned transaction was finalised through Monte Titoli.
