NOTICE
PUBLICATION OF THE AMENDED COMPANY BYLAWS OF SNAM S.P.A.
San Donato Milanese (MI), 15 March 2021 – Snam S.p.A. ("Snam" or the "Company") announces that the new text of the company bylaws – also highlighting the changes made – has been made available to the public today at Snam's Head Office in San Donato Milanese, Piazza Santa Barbara 7, on the Company's website www.snam.it ("Governance and Conduct" - "Corporate Governance" Section), and on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" (), as amended following registration at the Milan Business Register, on 11 March 2021, of the resolution referred to in the first item on the agenda of the extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Snam held on 2 February 2021, which amended article 2 of the company bylaws.
The resolution entered into effect as a result of fulfilment of the conditions precedent indicated in the resolution itself, as set out in the press releases issued by Snam respectively on 23 February 2021 (https://www.snam.it/en/Media/Pressreleases/2021/Snam_fulfilment_of_the_golden_power_condition.html) and 8 March 2021 (https://www.snam.it/en/Media/Pressreleases/2021/Snam\_Shareholders\_meeting\_resolution\_amending\_Company\_Bylaw s.html)
