PAYMENT OF THE ADVANCE ON THE DIVIDEND BY 2025

Shareholders are hereby informed that, to implement the decision of the Board of Directors on 5 November 2025, the advance on the dividend for the financial year 2025 resolved by the same Board - amounting to 0.1208 euros per share - will be payable as of 21 January 2026, upon the release on 19 January 2026 of coupon no. 44 (record date 20 January 2026). Treasury shares held by the

company as at the record date will be excluded from the distribution of the advance on the dividend. The dividend is subject to taxation in Italy based on the tax regime in force, which varies depending on the receivers and which is that generally applicable for dividends distributed by Italian listed

companies. Shareholders may cash the aforementioned dividend with the respective intermediaries. The financial statements and the report on the basis of which the Board of Directors of Snam S.p.A. resolved to distribute the indicated advance on the dividend and the relative opinion of the independent
