NOTICE – PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS

San Donato Milanese (MI), 16 December 2025 - Snam S.p.A. ("Snam") hereby announces that the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 10 December 2025, which approved the new version of the Bylaws, effective as of 1 January 2026, containing the change of Snam's registered office from San Donato Milanese, Piazza Santa Barbara 7 to Milan, Via Vezza d'Oglio, no. 6 (Article 3.1), is available to the public at Snam's current registered offices in San Donato Milanese, Piazza Santa Barbara 7 and at the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" (www.emarketstorage.com).
