Snam's Board of Directors authorizes potential bond issue in US Dollars
San Donato Milanese (MI), November 27th 2024 - The Board of Directors of Snam, chaired by Monica de Virgiliis, met today and authorized potential issuance of US dollar bonds, in RegS/144A format, in multiple tranches over the next 18 months, for a maximum aggregate amount of up to 3 billion dollars. The notes will be placed exclusively with professional investors.
The bonds, if issued, will enable Snam to further broaden its fixed-income investor base and diversify its funding mix.
