Snam: Moody's affirms rating at Baa2, outlook revised from negative to stable
San Donato Milanese (Milan), November 21st , 2023 - Snam informs that today the rating agency Moody's Investors Services (Moody's) has confirmed the company's long-term corporate credit rating at Baa2 and revised the outlook from negative to stable.
The decision reflects the corresponding action taken on the outlook of the Italian government's sovereign rating (Baa3 with outlook revised from negative to stable) announced on November 17th .
The confirmation of the rating is a recognition of the company's leadership in the energy infrastructure space as well as its strategic role in the country's energy sector, alongside its stable and predictable cash flow generation from regulated activities.
