Snam: Silvia Marinari is the New Chief People & Corporate Services Officer
San Donato Milanese, July 31, 2025 – Silvia Marinari is the new Chief People Officer & Corporate Services at Snam. With over 30 years of experience in human resources, she has held roles of increasing responsibility across various industrial sectors, in both Italian and multinational companies.
Prior to joining Snam, Silvia Marinari was Chief Human Resources & Organisation Officer at Tinexta. She also served as Human Resources Director at Terna, AgustaWestland, Selex Elsag, Comau, and Marconi, overseeing all HR levers in the execution of challenging strategic plans and business transformation projects. Previously, she held key HR roles at Pirelli, Poste, Accenture, and Recordati.
Silvia Marinari will report to CEO Agostino Scornajenchi and will assume her role starting September 15, 2025. To the best of the Company's knowledge, Silvia Marinari does not hold any ordinary shares of Snam S.p.A.
Effective October 31, 2025, Fabrizio Rutschmann will leave the company to embark on a new phase of his professional journey. The relevant Committee has issued a non-binding positive opinion on the process and related decisions, in accordance with Consob Regulation No. 17221/2010 and subsequent amendments, and Snam's "Guidelines on Transactions with Interests of Directors and Statutory Auditors and Related Parties." To the best of the Company's knowledge, Fabrizio Rutschmann holds 2,008 ordinary shares of Snam.
