NOTICE - Slates published for the renewal of the corporate bodies

San Donato Milanese, 23 April 2025 - Snam announces the publication of the slates of candidates for the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, submitted by Shareholders, and of the related documents as provided for by the current legislation.

The complete documentation is available to the public at Snam's registered office at Piazza Santa Barbara 7, San Donato Milanese, on the Company's website (www.snam.it,"Governance" - "Corporate Governance" - "AGM: Snam Shareholders' Meeting" section) and at the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().

In addition, the proposal on the ninth item on the agenda submitted at the time of filing the slate, pursuant to Article 126-bis, subsection 1, penultimate sentence, of the Consolidated Law on Finance, by the shareholder CDP Reti S.p.A. was published separately on the Company's website (www.snam.it, in the "Governance" - "Corporate Governance" - "AGM: Snam Shareholders' Meeting" section).
