NOTICE – PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS

San Donato Milanese (MI), 16 December 2025 - Further to today's statement, Snam S.p.A. ("Snam") hereby announces that the text of Snam's new Bylaws, registered on 15 December 2025 with the Business Register of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi, is available to the public (including the version highlighting the amendments made) at Snam's current registered office in San Donato Milanese (MI), Piazza Santa Barbara, 7, on the Company's website (www.snam.it, in the "Governance - Corporate governance" section) and at the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" (). Please note that the Bylaws approved by the Board of Directors on 10 December 2025 set forth in Article 3.1 the change of the registered offices to Milan, Via Vezza d'Oglio, No. 6, which will be effective as of 1 January 2026.
