CFO Luca Passa appointed Financial Reporting Officer Chiara Chiodaroli new Executive Director for Internal Audit
San Donato Milanese (Milan), 30 May 2024 - The Board of Directors of Snam, which met today under the chairmanship of Monica de Virgiliis, appointed current Chief Financial Officer Luca Passa as Officer responsible for the preparation of financial reports, pursuant to Article 154 bis of Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998.
The appointment, which takes effect on 1 June 2024, was made subject to approval of the Board of Statutory Auditors and in compliance with the fit and proper requirements set forth in the Articles of Association, pursuant to law. Snam's Board of Directors has also verified the adequacy of powers and means available to the Officer responsible for the preparation of financial reports to perform his duties.
Luca Passa takes over the role from Luca Oglialoro, who from next 10 June will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Industrie De Nora SpA, owned by Snam with a share of 21.6%. The company sincerely thanks Luca Oglialoro for his commitment and his important contribution to the results achieved by Snam in his office, starting from 2017.
In the same Board meeting, Chiara Chiodaroli was appointed Executive Director for Internal Audit, as of 1 June 2024, replacing Franco Pruzzi, who will take on other responsibilities within the Group. Over more than 20 years at Snam, Chiara Chiodaroli has held positions of increasing responsibility in the Operations & Maintenance, Planning, Finance and Control functions and, later, in the Internal Audit function.
