LUCA PASSA IS THE NEW CFO OF SNAM

San Donato Milanese (Milan), January 9th, 2023 – Luca Passa starts today as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Snam.

Landing from Madrid, Luca was the CFO of Endesa as well as Head of Administration, Finance and Control for Iberia from 2018 to 2022, both roles within the Enel Group which he joined in 2015 as Head of Group Investor Relations.

Luca Passa has built an established experience in Finance both domestically and at international level. He started his professional path in London, in 1998 at Cantor Fitzgerald and later moved to Lehman Brothers as Senior Associate. He then joined Morgan Stanley as Managing Director where from 2003 to 2014 he held roles of growing responsibilities in both the London and Milan offices.

In 2014 he landed to Fincantieri as Vice President, Head of Investor Relations and Special Projects, with a special focus on M&A activities overseas and he contributed to the listing of the company.

Luca Passa was born in 1973, he achieved a University Degree in Business Administration at Luigi Bocconi University in 1997, followed by an Executive Education Programme at INSEAD, in Paris in 2014.

Luca Passa does not own Snam's shares.
