NOTICE - Lists published for the renewal of the company's boards

San Donato Milanese, 6 April 2022 - Snam announces the publication of the lists of candidates for the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, which have been duly submitted by Shareholders, and of the related documents required by the current legislation.

The full documentation is available at Snam's registered office in Piazza Santa Barbara 7, San Donato Milanese, on the Company's website (www.snam.it, "Governance and Conduct - Shareholders Meeting" section) and at the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().

The proposal on the eight item on the agenda submitted by the shareholder CDP Reti S.p.A. within the filing of the slate, pursuant to Article 126-bis(1), penultimate sentence, of the Consolidated Law on Finance, was also separately published on the Company's website (www.snam.it, in the section "Ethics and Governance - Shareholders' Meetings").
