Snam: CFO Alessandra Pasini and the company mutually agreed on resolving her work relationship
San Donato Milanese (Milan), June 30th , 2022 – Snam informs that Alessandra Pasini, Chief Financial Officer and Chief International Assets & Business Development Officer has decided, in agreement with the company, to step down from her both roles at Snam with the aim of starting a new phase in her career path. The CEO Stefano Venier will take on the role of CFO as interim. Ms Pasini also held the role of co-CEO of Stogit within the Group.
CEO Stefano Venier, on behalf of the whole Board of Directors, thanked Alessandra Pasini for her relevant contribution to Snam's achievements over the past six years and for her commitment towards the company, wishing best of success in all her future endeavors.
