Snam: new Shareholders' Meeting date (18 June) and appointment of new Officer Responsible for the preparation of financial reports

San Donato Milanese (MI), 27 March 2020 – Snam's Board of Directors, which met today under the chairmanship of Luca Dal Fabbro, has decided to postpone the Shareholders' Meeting initially scheduled for 28 April 2020 to 18 June 2020, due to the COVID-19 crisis and in compliance with Bylaws and Legislative Decree no. 18 of 17 March 2020.

All the other dates in the "2020 Calendar of corporate events and the public disclosure of financial results" remain the same.

In accordance with the law, the Board of Directors will convene the Shareholders' Meeting at an upcoming meeting.

Following a proposal from the Chief Executive Officer, supported by the Chairman and having obtained the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Board of Directors has also appointed Mr Luca Oglialoro, the current Senior Vice President of Planning and Control and Strategic Planning, as Officer Responsible for the preparation of financial reports in accordance with Article 154-bis of the TUF. He will replace Mr Franco Pruzzi, who will take on the role of Head of Internal Audit of Snam. The appointment will be effective from 1 April 2020.
