Notice - The proposed nomination of Nicola Bedin as Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors submitted by the shareholder CDP Reti has been published

San Donato Milanese, 1 June 2020 - Snam announces publication of the proposed nomination of Nicola Bedin as Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors, submitted on 29 May 2020 by the shareholder CDP Reti S.p.A., which holds 31.038% of the Company's share capital, together with the related documentation, including the candidate's curriculum vitae, as required by current regulations.

The aforementioned documentation is available to the public at Snam's registered office in Piazza Santa Barbara 7, San Donato Milanese, on the Company's website (www.snam.it, in the "Governance and Conduct - Shareholders Meeting" section) and at the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
