Snam's subsidiaries: renewal of the corporate bodies of Italgas, Stogit and GNL Italia and appointment of the Chairman of Snam Rete Gas

San Donato Milanese, 22 April 2016 – Snam announces that the corporate bodies of its subsidiaries Italgas, Stogit and GNL Italia that are due to expire have been confirmed in their outgoing compositions. As a consequence of the resolutions taken at the Shareholders' and Board of Directors' Meetings of each company:

• Marco Reggiani and Luca Schieppati have been confirmed as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Italgas, respectively;

• Antonio Paccioretti and Paolo Luigi Bacchetta have been confirmed as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Stogit, respectively;

• Marco Galletti has been confirmed as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GNL Italia.

The shareholders' meeting of the subsidiary Snam Rete Gas has, in turn, appointed Marco Alverà as Chairman to replace Carlo Malacarne, who resigned with effect from the end of this shareholders' meeting.

Marco Alverà has been Chief Operating Officer of Snam since January 2016.

Snam Rete Gas' Board of Directors thanks the outgoing Chairman, Carlo Malacarne, for the valuable collaboration and the results achieved by the Company over the years.
