In accordance with the Law on Securities of the Republic of Lithuania and the Rules on the Disclosure of Information by the Bank of Lithuania, we, Darius Varnas, CEO of Snaige AB and Vytautas Adomaitis, Chief of the Accounting and Finance Department of Snaige AB, hereby confirm that, to the best of our knowledge, the consolidated unaudited interim financial statements of Snaige AB for the three months period ended 31 March 2024, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union, reflects the reality, correctly and fairly shows issuer's assets, liabilities, financial position, profit or loss and cash flow of Snaige AB.
