Block Listing Application

Smurfit Westrock announces that an application has been made to the FCA and LSE for a block listing of 20,000,000 ordinary shares of $0.001 each (the "Block Listing Shares") to be admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the LSE.

The Block Listing Shares will be reserved under a block listing and will be issued by Smurfit Westrock from time to time in connection with the share plans of Smurfit Westrock, Smurfit Kappa and WestRock described in paragraph 13 (Share plans of the Combined Group) of Part 14 (Additional Information) of the prospectus published by Smurfit Westrock on 14 May 2024 (the "Prospectus"). When issued, these Block Listing Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Smurfit Westrock Shares. Admission of the Block Listing Shares is expected to become effective on or around 11 July 2024.
