In accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has already intimated its designated persons including directors regarding the closure of the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the Company's equity shares from 01[st] January, 2025, it will remain closed up to 14[th ] February, 2025 (both days inclusive) and shall be re-opened on 15[th] February, 2025.
