Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) as amended from time to time, we would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 08[th] February, 2024 at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Plot No. 72, H.No. 8-2-334/3&4, Road No.5, Opp. SBI Executive Enclave, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500034 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended on 31[st] December, 2023.

In accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has already intimated its designated persons including directors regarding the closure of the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the Company's equity shares from 01[st] January, 2024, it will remain closed up to 10[th ] February, 2024 (both days inclusive) and shall be re-opened on 11[th] February, 2024.
