Sub: Withdrawal of Nomination of Mrs. Shilpa R Waghmare as Nominee Director of the Company
Pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we here by inform you that Exim Bank has withdrawn the nomination of Mrs. Shilpa R Waghmare (DIN: 07009966), as their Nominee on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 01[st] August, 2022. The Company has received the communication from the Banks vide letter No. DMDR: 30:2022 dated 02[nd] August 2022 which received by the Company on 08[th] August 2022 the said letter is enclosed as Annexure – A.
Consequently, Mrs. Shilpa R Waghmare ceases to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. We confirm that there is no other reason for her cessation as Nominee Director of the Company, other than those mentioned in the annexed letter.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-B.
