Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p undertaken by a PDMR. On 3 August 2020, Anthony Grace (Chief Financial Officer) was granted options to buy 42,857 shares at an option price of £0.126 per share under the terms of the Connect Group PLC Save As You Earn Plan. This award supersedes and replaces all previous SAYE grants. The savings term is three years and the options are exercisable between 1 September 2023 and 28 February 2024.
