This is to inform you that the 29"" Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Saturday 26" September, 2020 at 10.00 A.M., through Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Register of Members will be closed from 19" September, 2020 to 26" September, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Twenty Ninth Annual General Meeting.

The Board has not recommended any dividend for the year ended 31" March, 2020, in view of loss incurred by the Company.
