In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 R, the Company announces that Roberto Quarta, Chairman of the Company, will be appointed a Non-Executive Director and Chairman-designate of WPP plc, with effect from 1 January 2015. His appointment as Chairman of WPP will take effect from the later of the end of their Annual General Meeting to be held in June 2015 or on his subsequent ceasing to be Chairman of IMI plc.
