Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 6,000,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each to be issued under the DS Smith Performance Share Plan. In addition, an application has been made for a block listing of 4,000,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each to be issued under the DS Smith Sharesave Plan. These two applications relate to 10,000,000 shares which will trade on The London Stock Exchange and are expected to be admitted to The Official List for trading on 7 February 2019. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
