DS Smith - Europac offer update

Following the completion of DS Smith's acquisition of Papeles y Cartones de Europa, S.A., known as Europac, on 22 January 2019 and, as announced to the Spanish market on 24 January 2019, the conditions for DS Smith purchasing the remaining shares on a compulsory basis have been met. DS Smith therefore expects to acquire the outstanding 1.17% of the total share capital and for Europac to be de-listed from the Spanish stock exchanges by the end of February 2019.
