Smarttech247 Group PLC (LSE: S247) announces that Nicholas Lee, Finance Director,  informed the Company today that he has received 16,019 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company as a result of the distribution of Conduity Capital plc's shareholding in Smarttech247, subsequent to its Members' Voluntary Liquidation, to the shareholders of Conduity Capital plc.

Following this transaction, Nicholas Lee owns 16,019 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.01 per cent, of the Company's total voting rights.
