On February 13, 2017, Strategic Storage Trust II, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing that Michael S. McClure has been appointed to serve as President of the Registrant and that Matt F. Lopez has been appointed to serve as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Registrant.
