Smartoptics Group AS: Re-purchase of employee options

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Smartoptics Group

AS (the "Company") on 20 November 2023 regarding the resignation of the

Company's CFO, Mikael Haag. As part of the termination of employment, the

Company has today re-purchased all the 325,136 employee options held by Haag.
