Smartoptics Group ASA (SMOP) – Approval and publication of prospectus for listing on Oslo Børs' main market

Oslo, August 27, 2025 – Reference is made to previous announcements regarding the uplisting of the shares of Smartoptics Group ASA (the "Company") to Oslo Børs' main market (the "Uplisting"). The Company has prepared a prospectus for the Uplisting, which was approved by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority today.
