Through a materiality assessment Smartoptics has identified the most important issues within environmental, social and governance related topics. Waste management and reduced carbon footprint, health and safety, equal opportunities/discrimination, human rights/working conditions as well as sound and fair trade business relations are Smartoptics' key focus areas.
"During 2022 we reviewed our sustainability strategy and defined 5-years goals within these categories, and we are looking forward to sharing our progress with the market," said Magnus Grenfeldt.
