This is to inform you that the Company has received final comments from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on April 15, 2021 on the Draft Letter of Offer. In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buyback of Securities), Regulations 2018, The Company will mail/dispatch the Letter of Offer for the Buyback to eligible shareholders appearing on the record date March O1, 2021 on or before April 23, 2021.
