Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) Seri: II 14.1. Sayılı Tebliği hükümleri çerçevesinde Uluslararası Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve Rehber Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımızda net dönem zararı (21.012.584,80) TL ve yasal kayıtlarında (bireysel) 32.134.012,17 TL net dönem karı oluşmuştur. 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ilişkin oluşan geçmiş yıllar zararları nedeniyle herhangi bir kar dağıtımı yapılamayacağı kararının 2024 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına katılanların oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.

Şirket Yönetim Kurulunun 2024 yılı hesap dönemine ilişkin kar payı dağıtılmaması yönündeki önerisi, 25.11.2025 tarihli 2024 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurulu'nda oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
