Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 19.10.2023 tarih ve 2023/10 sayılı toplantısında,

Şirketimizin 31.12.2022 itibariyle sermaye piyasası mevzuatına göre hazırlanan konsolide mali tablolarında 5.800.760,40 TL ve yasal kayıtlarında (bireysel) 4.382.405,85 TL net dağıtılabilir dönem karı elde edilmiş olup, şirketimizin mevcut bilanço yapısının güçlendirilmesi ve önümüzdeki döneme ilişkin nakit akışının daha sağlıklı bir şekilde yönetilebilmesini sağlamak için 2022 yılı faaliyetlerinden oluşan dönem karından kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına, öz kaynaklarımızı güçlendirmek amacıyla geçmiş yıl karlarına bırakılmasına ve önerinin 2022 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurulu Toplantısı'nda Genel Kurul'a teklif edilmesine katılanların oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
