Appointment of Lindsay Wright as Smartshares Chair
The Smartshares board advises that Lindsay Wright has been elected to the position of Chair, effective immediately.
Lindsay was appointed as a Smartshares director in July and will replace Paul Baldwin as Chair who is retiring from the board, effective the same date.
The Smartshares board thanks Paul for his contribution to the organisation and the extensive funds management experience he has brought to the role.
Lindsay is also a director of NZX Limited, owner of Smartshares.
