F1: The reporting person previously reported the disposition of 623,410 shares of common stock of the issuer in a transaction
occurring on August 22, 2007 pursuant to a share exchange agreement (the "Agreement") with certain shareholders (the
"Yingfeng Shareholders") of Xi'an Yingfeng Science and Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yingfeng"). Under the Agreement, the
reporting person received 1,870,230 shares of common stock of Yingfeng (the "Yingfeng Shares") in exchange for 623,410
shares of common stock of the Issuer. Certain of the Yingfeng Shareholders did not surrender their Yinfeng Shares to close
the transaction as contemplated in the Agreement, thereby relinquishing their ownership interest in 159,352 shares of common
stock of the issuer, resulting in the reporting person retaining such shares.
