• a. the Company expects to make an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising;

• b. the Company wishes the trading halt to remain in place until the commencement of trading on 21 February 2014 by which time an announcement in respect of the capital raising shall have been made; and

• c. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
