Smart Parking (ASX:SPZ) ( Company ) advises that it has authorised the sale of Company shares previously held in trust pursuant to the exercise of remedies available to it under the documentation relating to the purchase of Town & City Parking (UK) Limited. The sale has raised proceeds of approximately $2.2m to be applied towards working capital.
