Expiry of Listed Options (EEEO) – 35 cents, 30 November 2008.

Empire Beer Group Limited advises that the Company’s current listed options expire on 30 November 2008. The Company has been granted a waiver by ASX from listing rule 6.24 to the extent necessary to permit the Company not to send the notices to individual option holders as required by paragraph 6.1 of Appendix 6A in relation to quoted options exercisable at 35 cents each on or before 30 November 2008. Accordingly, option expiry notices will not be sent to option holders.

In accordance with listing rule 6.24 and clause 6.1 of Appendix 6A the Company advises the following to the market and to its listed option holders:

1. Number of options on issue: 15,768,606 quoted options ( EEEO ) to subscribe to an equal number of shares.

2. Exercise price: 35 cents per share

3. Due date for exercise/payment: 30 November 2008

4. The consequence of non-payment of the exercise price is that the options will lapse

5. The date quotation will cease: 24 November 2008

6. Latest available market price of shares: 5 cents

7. Highest price: 11 cents; Lowest price: 4.5 cents in the 3 months preceding this notice

8. The prices quoted in 6 and 7 above are for all quoted securities that would be, if fully paid, in the same class as the underlying securities.

9. No underwriting agreement has been notified under listing rule 3.11.3

If the market price of the ordinary securities exceeds 26.25 cents before 30 November 2008, an option expiry notice will be sent to option holders.
