Sale Agreement - Satisfaction of Conditions Precedent

Empire Beer Group Limited is pleased to advise that liquor licensing approval has been granted and that all conditions precedent to the sale agreement entered into by Empire in respect of its leasehold operations at The Royal on the Waterfront and the Colonial Brewing Co have now been satisfied.

Settlement of the sale is expected to take place within the next 1 - 2 weeks.
