The Royal Bar and Brasserie Acquisition Update

Summary

• Due Diligence on acquisition of the Royal Bar and Brasserie complete
• Experienced Venue Manager appointed to manage the Royal Bar and Brasserie
• Experienced Hospitality consultant appointed

WA based craft beer company Empire Beer Group Ltd ("Empire" or "the Company") is pleased to provide the following update in regard to the acquisition of "The Royal Bar and Brasserie" in East Perth and initial steps with respect to its previously outlined growth strategy.

Royal Bar and Brasserie ("The Royal") Acquisition

The Company has satisfied both the conditions precedent relating to satisfactory due diligence and approval of the purchase by the Empire Beer Group Ltd Board of Directors.

Pre conditions relating to approval of finance and approval of the transfer of the liquor license are expected to be satisfied over the next month with a settlement date planned for 17 July 2007.

Empire expects to finalise an acceptable arrangement with a financial institution over the coming weeks which will result in the acquisition being partially debt funded. The Company does however, reserve the right under the heads of agreement to waive the approval of finance condition a its discretion, as it can settle on the acquisition from existing cash reserves if required.

In anticipation of the 17 July 2007 handover, the Company has appointed an experienced Venue Manager to run the day to day operations of the Royal. The new manager has in excess of eight years venue management experience in some of Perth's leading hospitality venues and will start with the Company prior to settlement.

Appointment of Allan Jefferies and Complete Hospitality

The Company is pleased to announce it has entered into a consulting arrangement with Allan Jefferies from Complete Hospitality Pty Ltd.

Allan was previously State Manager for ALH in Western Australia and has many years experience acquiring and growing premium food and beverage outlets including Western Australian Hotels The Queens, Brass Monkey, Sail and Anchor, Como, Vic Hotel, and running multiple venues in a public company environment. Allan will be integral in the operations of Empires venues. He will be responsible for helping drive financial performance and growth from Empire's venues, along with setting up industry best practice procedures and polices, helping in the identification of potential new venues, and providing input into future strategy.

The Company believes Allan will be a significant asset to the Company over this current phase of our growth strategy.
