Car Parking Technologies Ltd (ASX:CPZ, Company ) is pleased to confirm the commencement of Mr Paul Gillespie's tenure as Managing Director of the Company, effective 7 January, 2013.

As referred to in the Company's announcement on 9 November, 2012, Mr Gillespie was most recently General Manager of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc’s (NYSE:ACS) UK parking business. Prior to that, Mr Gillespie was the UK Sales Manager for that business. Mr Gillespie brings with him significant management capability and a broad experience in sales and marketing which will benefit the Company in its current state of development.

Mr Paul Collins steps down as a Director of the Company. The Board would like to thank Mr Collins for his significant contribution to the Company
